Our advice and recommendations will be tailored to your specific circumstances and goals, which you will discuss with us. We will document our recommendations in writing, detailing the options we believe best suit your needs. If our research identifies a mortgage product from a lender that does not work with intermediaries or clubs, we will inform you and provide details about the product, though you will need to apply directly to the lender. Our primary mode of service is telephone-based advisory. For complex mortgage situations, we may suggest a face-to-face meeting to better understand your needs and verify your identity. Appointments can be arranged at our offices in [Your City] by request.

Instructions
Either party may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time without penalty. Termination must be communicated in writing and will be effective upon receipt.
Termination does not affect any transactions already in progress, which will continue under these terms unless otherwise agreed. You remain responsible for any transactions completed before termination and any outstanding fees.
If we are unable to assist with your mortgage needs, we reserve the right to refer you to an external mortgage advisor. We will only refer you to an FCA-regulated firm and will seek your confirmation before passing on your details.
Mode of Communication
We will communicate with you through the most convenient methods, including telephone, email, and other electronic means. We may occasionally contact you about additional products or services that may interest you, unless you opt out.
Data Protection
Your privacy is crucial to us. We will use your information to process your enquiry and provide relevant information. This includes obtaining, recording, holding, and transferring data to associated companies, product providers, the FCA, and other relevant bodies, including debt collection agencies if necessary.

Client Money
Wealthmont Ltd does not handle client money. We cannot accept cheques made out to us except for settlement of previously invoiced charges, nor handle cash.
